Sensory evaluation of wines made of prokupac
Today, in the organization of the Association of Winemakers and Winegrowers of Serbia, a sensory evaluation of wine from the Prokupac variety is being held. This sensory evaluation is part of a project entitled “Creating a unique brand of Serbian wines and brandies through the improvement of knowledge and technology transfer between scientific research institutions and wine and brandy producers.”
The evaluators had a difficult, but also a pleasant task to evaluate 30 samples (30 labels) of wine from the Prokupac variety. See the gallery from today’s panel:
