Defining the model of the Prokupac wine tasting glass is one of the planned outcomes of the project “Establishment and strengthening
national wine brand Prokupac and plum brandy through the cooperation of science and economy “funded by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management. This study is one of the results of the realization.
The aim of this study was to define the glass model most suitable for tasting and consumption of this wine, based on specialized tastings and assessment of the influence of the characteristics of wine glasses on the sensory properties of Prokupac wine. In addition to improving the sensory characteristics of wine, defining a special glass model also contributes to the popularization of this variety at the local level, but will enable the possible inclusion of Prokupac wine in wine glass catalogs, which will improve visibility internationally.
